Nerina 3  - 2 bedroom self catering townhouse

Nerina 3 is a small residential complex in the heart of Kato Paphos. This self-catering fully furnished and equipped accommodation sleeps 4/6 people over a three tiered level property, consisting of: 

2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds both with fitted wardrobes/storage with bedside tables and lamps and both are air- conditioned.

The fully fitted kitchen/dining area is well equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster and kettle - all the conveniences of home. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs.

The one bathroom includes a toilet and shower facilities.

The lounge/living area has 2 sofa beds - which can be used for extra sleeping arrangement s if required, plus a coffee table, TV, DVD player and stereo. This is a very bright and light area as it boasts of two wall sized doors leading to both the front and back patio areas.  

Both these patio areas have table and chairs plus sun loungers, the back patio having an awning for shade when required.    

The complex although in a key location provides a safe and quiet environment with mature gardens and has well maintained communal swimming pool with toilets and changing facilities.

Is a car essential?
No, the excellent location means that car hire is an option, not a necessity. All the main attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride away.

Will I have any language problems?
No, Greek is that native language but everyone in the tourist area speaks good English.

Will I need to bring my own bed linen and towels?
No, all bedroom linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. However, we do ask that you bring your own towels to use around the pool and on the beach.

Are there any medical services locally?
Details of the nearest pharmacy and hospital are contained in the information pack. Emergency treatment is free for tourists in Cyprus. For minor injuries, there is first aid kit for you to use.
